Poonawala Fincorp Bombay Sappers Soldierathon - 14th Jan
14 January 2024 was an exceptional Sunday morning for Punekars, Even before the sun showed up, more than 8000 runners got together at the Poonawalla Fincorp Bombay Sappers Soldierathon organised at The Bombay Sappers, Dighi Hills to gear up for the trail run. One could experience jitters & goosebumps when the proud Indians started singing the national anthem with complete solidarity in the honour of our soldiers who lost their lives while serving the Nation.
The event organised by Fitistan - Ek Fit Bharat and presented by Poonawalla Fincorp was nothing short of spectacular.

GAIL CME Soldierathon Vijay Run - 17th Dec
To mark the monumental & thumping victory of Indian Armed Forces over the Western Adversaries in the 1971 War, a Soldierathon Vijay Run was organised by Fitistan – Ek Fit Bharat, a platform created with the purpose of making Bharat fitter, on 17 Dec 23 at College of Military Engineering (CME), Pune.
The event was conducted in 21 Km, 10 Km & 5 Km categories which saw approximately 7000 participants coming from various parts of the city and elsewhere in the country to take part in this very special event with high energy and vigour.

ONGC Mumbai Kargil Soldierathon - 28th July
Former Army Chief and Union Minister General VK Singh launched the Mumbai Kargil Soldierathon 2024 on Sunday morning at Military Station Colaba, marking the 25th anniversary of India’s victory in the Kargil War.
The event, organized by Fitistan-Ek Fit Bharat in collaboration with Headquarters MG & G Area, aims to pay tribute to the sacrifice and valor of Kargil War heroes. Gen. Singh emphasized the importance of showing support for soldiers, saying, “This event is in support of the Kargil Vijay Diwas.”
The Soldierathon, a commemorative marathon, takes place as part of nationwide celebrations honoring the silver jubilee of India’s triumph over Pakistan in the 1999 conflict. It follows Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent tribute at the Kargil War Memorial in Drass, Ladakh, where he laid a wreath on July 26.
Kargil Vijay Diwas, observed annually on July 26, commemorates the success of Operation Vijay in 1999. During this operation, Indian forces successfully reclaimed strategic positions in the Kargil sector of Jammu and Kashmir that had been infiltrated by Pakistani soldiers and terrorists..
